Life Involves Change

Here is my sister Jane.
Sylvia, my youngest sister.

Hello! It has been several days since I last wrote, but life has been kind of busy...believe it or not. A highlight of my life right now is that we did end up purchasing those end tables (which we will use as nightstands)! They are in the middle of getting a wonderful facelift!

They have been sanded, primed & painted "heirloom white". I also ordered new, more modern, pulls for the drawers. I wanted to keep them in style with the nightstands, but not girly or...old? I think the design of the pull mimicks the shape of the legs. What do you think? I am excited for them to arrive in the mail. As soon as they are 100% complete I will post before & after pictures.

Also, our rental application for the house was accepted. We actually have not seen inside the house yet, so it'll be almost like Christmas morning when we finally get too! Which should be later on this week or early next. It's very odd to think that if we love the house we can move in March 1st. Our two months with mom & dad has just flown by. I can already that mom is going to miss us!

Tomorrow, it will have been one year since Levi's Grandma Jo passed away. We miss her everyday & I honestly would not have remembed that tomorrow meant anything more then anyother day that I miss her, unless I had been reminded. But then I ask my self, is it more important? If you miss someone everyday does it really matter what day they passed away? Or does just the fact that they're gone need remembering. And of course, their lives. I wish Levi's grandma had been able to call him after his accident, see him graduate from college or even meet our children one day, but she can't & that's life... I miss you Mollie Jo.
